Albarelle

Lightly sparkling white wine made from selected white grapes.

Pleasant on the palate with a floral bouquet, it should be served at 8–10°C.

Served very cold, it is excellent as an aperitif.

It also pairs well with both lake and sea fish starters, as well as traditional Italian combinations (prosciutto and melon).

The name of this wine comes from the name of the locality where the grapes are grown.

Alcohol content: 12%.
