Grappa made from carefully selected pomace and distilled according to traditional methods in discontinuous stills, in order to preserve the aromas and fragrances of the original grapes.

It is clear and dry, yet at the same time smooth, velvety and full-bodied.

Ideal to enjoy after a meal, served neat in small glasses.
