Cabernet Sauvignon I.G.T. Veneto refined in wooden cask

The best lots of Cabernet Sauvignon of Veneto are selected and then sharpen in little wood cask (barrique) for some months. Obtained wine has a superior alcoholic content,it is full-bodied.It’s deep red ruby. Rich and elegant bouquet. Excellent with grill, red meat roast and wild meat. Serve at 18° C opening some hour before. Alcoholic content 13%.
